1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire and only agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 9999 bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://9999-bdt.app and all associated services, games, promotional offers, and payment facilities offered thereunder (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 9999 bdt platform, completing the registration process, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration & Security

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to 9999 bdt are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes for standard amounts via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Larger withdrawal amounts or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours to process. 9999 bdt reserves the right to request supplementary documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

5. Bonus & Promotional Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 9999 bdt, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.3 Self-Exclusion
